I just wanted to pass on how happy I have been with the high level of service that Northern Flags has given me down the years.

I have been in the event organising business for the last 15 years, and for many of these the bain of my life was cheap fibre glass poles used in feather flags, in my opinion this design was never up to the job of outdoor use as they would almost always break after just a short period of time.

This all changed however about 6 years ago when I discovered your Aventos brand of feather flag. My events that I specialise in are 24 hours and the flags are up for a long time. There is zero incidence of collapsing when the weather isn’t kind to us.

Even though they cost slightly more than the fibreglass alternative initially, I have never had to replace a frame through damage and in the long run they have saved me money as I have reused the frames and just ordered new flags to go on them.

For me they are the only flag to use, anything else is just a false economy. So much so I have recommended you to at least a dozen other companies.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks of how quickly and hassle free you managed to turn around my order even though I had left it close to my deadline before placing  the order. I was impressed with how much of a jump in quality the Scaffold banners were in comparison to my existing ones from a previous supplier. Just wanted to say many thanks for your help with the order we raised the other week.  Looks fantastic and was superior to the other ones on display.

We required a selection of new show-home poles and flags for the opening of our new homes development last year. Having heard that Northern Flags had a reputation for providing high quality products at competitive prices we gave them a call.

We were particularly impressed with the high level of customer service we received, from making our initial enquiry right through to receiving delivery of our order and we would have no hesitations about using Northern Flags again in the future.

Northern Flags turned around a complete set of promo items for us in no time at all. Aventos flags and banners gave us a great presence at La Foux d'Allos in France, the Glencoe ski area in Scotland and at various events throughout Europe.

In fact they did such a great job we returned for a second batch, only weeks later.Great results, approachable staff and a superb product.

I was asked to order some new corporate flags as our current ones are a bit worn. Obviously, to get the best value for money I approached more than one flag supplier for a quote. I found that Northern Flags Ltd were nothing less than sensational from my initial enquiry up to the ordering of the flags. The person I dealt with was Chloe and I have to say she was faultless in her manner in which she dealt with all my enquiries.

The process was very quick - I made my initial enquiry for a quote on the 11th January 2010, I received a reply with a couple of hours and by the end of the day on the 12th January 2010 my order had been sent to production.

Chloe answered all my enquiries, like confirmation of prices and information needed for our purchasing system, very promptly, professionally, accurately and most importantly friendly! No request was a problem for her.

The best thing about the whole thing is they were the cheapest as well! Great
customer service, great price. Can't ask for more than that.

If I need anything of a similar nature again in the future, rest assured Northern Flags will be the ones I go to.
