Iain joined Northern Flags in July 2011 as the Company’s new MD. Though new to Flags he brings a wealth of experience in Brands, Marketing, Online and Commercial Development to the company. He has made a substantial investment in the company (which includes the new Nespresso machine for the office!!!) And along with Faber, his international partner, is looking forward to spearheading growth. Iain needs a Minibus for home as has 6 kids and a French Fiancé (they have not agreed which country’s flags will be at the wedding yet) loves living in the Peak District and hates the M1 at Wakefield in the mornings! |

Sandy founded the company in 1985 and retired from day to day operational involvement in the Summer of 2011. The business is in his blood so we are delighted that even though he has sold his shareholding to Iain and Faber we have tied his enormous product knowledge and sage like wisdom into our business for the next 3 years – Still gives him lots of time to find that classic car, mow the tennis court and speak nicely to his bee hives so that hopefully they start producing honey!

Jayne has been with Northern Flags since the beginning and has been a Director for the last 6 years. Her responsibility is the whole admin side of the business including accounts. Jayne claims to have no sales skills but has a relaxed and welcoming touch with customers and probably has more knowledge of our product than anyone else in the UK. She enjoys nothing more than to sit down in the evening with a nice glass of dry white wine. |

Damian graduated from the University Of Central Lancashire with a 2.1 in Business Information Systems and Management. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and looks after the Southern Region from his base in Cambridge.
Damian spends most of his weekends either on the Golf course, Football pitch…. Or in the pub! |

At Northern Flags, Susan deals with the Sales and Purchase Ledgers and various administrative tasks. She has only been in the industry for the past couple of years but has been involved in Admin/Accounts for as long as she dares to remember. In her free time she like to spend time with the family (obviously) and friends. Susan doesn't have much time for hobbies, but at the moment Susan and the family are really enjoying following their local Rugby League team, the Leeds Rhinos. |

Lee also joined the team in the summer of 2011 – He brings loads of Media and On Line experience to the team. He needs the odd day off to go and pursue his hobby as an Actor. We were all glued to Coronation Street when we had the opportunity to see his back for half an episode (this also showed us that he had been working out without our knowledge!) His clients love his client focused style, he loves coming to work for the rest as he has 2 young twins at home! |

Chloe has worked at Northern Flags for over 2 years. This is her first role within the printing industry, however now she can't walk down the street without noticing a banner or flag!
Chloe's role as Internal Sales Manager means she deals with a large variety of companies and individuals on a daily basis.
Her spare time is usually spent between family and friends, home or away. She is looking forward to going back to university in September to carry on learning Dutch. Chloe loves travelling and enjoys exploring the USA. |

Heather has been with Northern Flags since the beginning of 2011 as a Sales Support Administrator, dealing with enquiries and processing orders.
Having completed a BA degree at Leeds Met University she then went on to work in retail.
When Heather is not at work she likes spend time walking her Patterdale, Bailey, and spending time with friends and family. Heather supports both Wakefield Wildcats and Leeds United (and lives with a Man Utd fan!)
Other than the above she is pretty much a girly girl who (if it wasn’t for bills) would like to spend her entire wage on clothes. |

Sam joined us this summer to help us manage our huge growth more effectively. She is a great project manager and completer finisher (And she knows who in the office she needs to check on!) She ensures that our quotes are turned around quickly and orders are processed fast to our different production facilities. |

For 16 years Harry has been ensuring that we get our goods out on time and that there is always a cup of tea ready for the TNT driver so he waits a little longer than he should if we have a late job for a client that must get there fast! We are convinced he is a little too close to the lady who sells the packaging to us as he seems to super wrap every single item – he says it's 'cos he is a perfectionist? |
