SOLID IMAGES AND LOGOS

Adobe Illustrator version CS or above
TEXT MUST BE SUPPLIED AS OUTLINES
Coated pantone references MUST be provided

PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES/HEAVILY TINTED IMAGES

Adobe Photoshop version CS or above
Scale 1:10 (please also supply all files with a minimum of 20mm bleed)
Minimum of 400 dpi (see requirements below for specific substrates)
Please supply all photoshop files as tiffs or jpeg's (we can convert to tiff for printing)

Full colour images need to be sent separately and if possible in separate layers - this makes it easier to separate spot colours from CMYK.

All fonts must be supplied as outlines, or the font supplied. If the background image is produced in Adobe Photoshop then the type must still be supplied in Adobe Illustrator as outlines.

Minimum Line Widths

Due to the print methods and substrates used, we require a minimum line width/height on all logos and text. This is listed below by substrate:

For white out lines/text in full colour:

Knitted Polyester - 3mm
Raytex 150 grams - 3mm
Raytex 220 grams - 2mm
Spun Polyester - 2mm
Non Woven - 2mm
Satin - 2mm
Polystretch - 3mm.

For coloured text on white background:

All substrates - 0.5mm

Finishing Requirements

When sides of the product are cut - any text should be at least 20mm from the edge.

When the sides are hemmed, text should be at least 50mm from the edge.

Resolution Requirements

Knitted Polyester - 300 dpi
Raytex DM - 450 dpi
Satin - 500 dpi
Non woven - 500 dpi
