Return Eligibility
1. Can I return unused printed feather flags?
- Yes — unopened, unused flags in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return costs are covered if the error is ours (e.g., wrong material, misprint), otherwise the customer pays return shipping.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for bulk returns unless pre-arranged.
Defective or Damaged Goods
2. What happens if my printed feather flags arrive damaged or defective?
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will evaluate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement flag or issue a full refund.
- Minor defects may be repaired or offered as partial credit, depending on severity.
Warranty Coverage
3. What does the warranty cover?
- 2-year limited warranty against print fading, seam splits, or material failure under normal outdoor use.
- Void if damaged by improper installation, vandalism, or extreme weather beyond advised thresholds.
- Warranty applies only to the flag panel material, not fixing accessories or site labour.
How to Request a Replacement
4. How do I get a replacement if needed?
- Send supporting images, order number, and issue description to our support team by email.
- We'll assess within 2–3 business days and propose next steps (repair, replace, or credit).
- Approved replacements are produced on a priority basis with standard or expedited lead times.
Partial vs Full Replacements
5. Will I receive a full reprint or a single-flag replacement?
- Minor issues (e.g., one flag) usually receive a direct replacement at no cost.
- Widespread or systemic issues (e.g., material batch failure) may qualify for full reprints of the batch.
- We tailor solutions to minimise waste and meet your event deadlines.
When Returns Aren’t Possible
6. What can’t be returned or replaced?
- Custom-sized or bespoke printed orders made to specification (unless defective).
- Items damaged after installation or through misuse.
- Artwork approval conforming cases — changes made post-proof approval are chargeable.
Shipping Damage
7. What if the packaging or flags are damaged in transit?
- Inspect goods upon arrival and report any visible damage within 7 days.
- We'll arrange returns or reshipments at no cost if faults occurred in transit.
- Retain packaging and damaged materials for claims with the courier.
Fixings & Accessories
8. What about defective fixings or accessories?
- Replacements provided free of charge for faulty poles, bases, ground spikes, or other flag fixings if reported within 7 days.
- We can also supply additional fixings if needed for reinstallation or reuse.
Artwork-Related Issues
9. I approved a proof, but the print is incorrect—what now?
- If the print deviates from your approved proof due to our error (misplacement, cropping, colour), we’ll reprint at no cost.
- If the proof contains an error you approved, we can reprint for a charge.
Promotional / Sale Returns
10. Are sale or discounted items returnable?
- Promotional or clearance items are final sale and not returnable unless defective.
