1. Material Options for Feather Flags
Our feather flags are crafted from high quality polyester fabrics. The standard option is a 115gsm knitted polyester it is lightweight, UV-stable and weather resistant. For double-sided printing, we use a 110gsm knitted polyester with an integrated block-out backing to eliminate show-through. Fire retardant (B1 rated) and eco-friendly EnviroFlag™ (100% recycled PET) variants are also available.

8. How to Assemble a Feather Flag
- Unpack components: pole segments, flag, base and accessories.
- Connect poles: insert each segment into the next until full height.
- Attach flag: slide the bottom pole into the flag’s sewn sleeve or toggles.
- Mount base: unfold cross-base legs or insert ground spike into soil.
- Tension flag: hook the elastic cord at the tip to the pole for a taught finish.

Fabric flags use dye-sublimation: artwork is printed on transfer paper then heat-pressed into polyester for vibrant, wash-resistant colours. Vinyl banners use UV-curable inks. All products undergo hemming, seam-stitching, pole sleeve insertion and optional fire-retardant treatment.

Our Enviro Range includes recycled PET fabrics (EnviroFlag™), reusing 10–12 plastic bottles per square metre. We also offer eco variants of banners and boards, helping you reduce carbon footprint without sacrificing quality.
