Warranty Coverage for Heras Fence Banners

We provide material and print warranties depending on the substrate:

  • PVC Mesh: 1 months cover for manufacturing defects and print faults.
  • Premium Airmesh: 3 months for materials, seams and print issues.
  • Premium Polyester Airmesh: 6 months, extended resistance against UV fade and stitching failure under normal use.

Warranties exclude damage from improper installation, vandalism, extreme weather events, or misuse. Extended warranty plans and maintenance agreements are available for trade customers.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Banners
  1. Contact our Returns & Warranty team within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  2. We will assess the issue and advise whether to return, repair, or replace the item.
  3. If a return is required, we will provide a returns reference and arrange courier collection or give you return instructions.
  4. After inspection, we will confirm replacement, repair, or refund options.
  • Inspect goods immediately and note any visible damage on the driver’s paperwork.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
  • Email evidence to info@northernflags.com the same day so we can start a courier claim.
  • Damaged items will be prioritised for replacement after carrier confirmation.

Custom printed banners are non-returnable unless they are faulty or produced incorrectly. Plain stock items may be returned unused within 14 days and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Replacements & Repair Options

Typical replacement times are 3 - 5 working days for standard items once a claim is approved. For urgent requirements we offer express replacement (48-hour or 24-hour options) at an additional cost.

  • Small tears and punctures can often be patched or heat-welded; eyelets can be replaced or reinforced.
  • We recommend replacement when repair costs exceed 60% of the new cover or when structural integrity is compromised.

We retain artwork for 3 years and can reprint identical designs where files and substrates remain the same. If materials or inks have changed, we’ll advise the closest match and provide a sample proof.

How to Make a Warranty or Replacement Claim

  2. Attach clear photos showing the problem and, if possible, images of the installation method.
  3. Provide delivery date and site conditions (weather, exposure, any incidents).
  4. Our technical team will review and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

If the return is approved as a manufacturing fault, we arrange and pay for return shipping. If a claim is declined due to misuse or non-covered damage, return shipping may be charged to the customer.
