File Formats & Technical Requirements

Preferred: AI, PSD, PDF (high-res), EPS.

Also accepted: JPEG/JPG (300 DPI), PNG (300 DPI), TIFF, SVG.

Not accepted: Low-res web images, screenshots, Word/PowerPoint files, heavily compressed images.

300 DPI at actual print size (150 DPI minimum for large banners). Vector files are preferred for logos/text as they scale without loss of quality.

Large 3m x 2m banners at 300 DPI are around 100MB+. Contact us if file size is an issue.

CMYK color mode required. RGB files will be converted (slight shifts possible). Pantone colors matched in CMYK. Mesh banners print slightly muted; PVC banners are more vibrant.

Fluorescent colors can’t be accurately reproduced. Metallics require special processes.

Design Setup & Specifications

3mm bleed on all sides. Keep important text 15mm from edges, critical elements 20mm away. Account for fixing points and rope areas in your design.

Example for 3m x 1m banner: Artwork 3006mm x 1006mm (with bleed), safe area 2970mm x 970mm, critical area 2960mm x 960mm.

Minimum readable text: 50mm (from 10m distance). Primary messages: 80–120mm. Use sans-serif bold fonts, high contrast colors, and limit to max 3 font families.

Left-aligned text with adequate spacing is more readable. Keep messages short and clear.
