Material Lifespan

PVC Mesh: 2–3 years outdoors, up to 4 sheltered.

Premium Airmesh: 3–4 years outdoors, up to 5 with care.

Elite Polyester Mesh: 4–6 years outdoors, up to 8 optimal conditions.

Lifespan depends on UV exposure, weather, air quality, installation, and maintenance.

Extreme Weather Performance

High winds: PVC Mesh up to 45 mph, Premium Airmesh up to 60 mph, Elite Polyester up to 70 mph (with correct installation).

Cold: Flexible to -15 °C, handle carefully in extreme cold.

Heat: Premium materials resist colour fade better above 30 °C.

Weather Resistance

All are water-resistant mesh materials with drainage capability, UV protection, and mold resistance. Operate from -20 °C to +70 °C.

Elite Polyester is best for marine conditions. Use stainless steel fittings, clean regularly to remove salt, and expect slightly shorter lifespan without extra care.

Warranty

Standard: 12 months for defects. Elite Polyester: up to 24 months. Covers manufacturing faults and print failures; excludes normal wear, misuse, and extreme weather damage.

Care & Maintenance

Install correctly, inspect monthly, clean regularly, keep tension, and replace worn hardware promptly.

PVC Mesh: mild detergent, soft brush, low pressure wash. Premium Airmesh: pH-neutral cleaner. Elite Polyester: light monthly clean plus annual pro service.

Repairs & Monitoring

Small tears can be patched; damaged eyelets reinforced. Replacement may be best if repair costs exceed 60% of new.

Check for tears, fading, loose fixings, sagging, and drainage issues. Keep maintenance records.

Document issues, review installation and care, then contact technical support. Warranty claims need proof of proper use and maintenance.
